Our coffee starts with the finest raw beans available. We select the beans by sample roasting the bean and tasting each crop to ensure the quality of taste. Raw beans have a long shelf life and will be fresh when it is roasted. We roast our coffee on-demand, so you get the freshest coffee available when you want it. The peak span of freshness for the finest flavor is between 2 and 14 days after roasting. Beyond 14 days the flavor starts to diminish, but when you start with the best, it will take quit a while before the taste is unacceptable. 

Blue Lion Coffee is roasted on-demand for those that know what they want. Following is the list of coffees available by placing your order online, by phone or fax. To order add each item to the cart and follow the instructions on the screen.
